
SHIPPING
- We offer multiple shipping methods for you to select from at checkout. Please note the timeframe listed under your selected shipping method which can vary from 3-10 days depending on your location.
- We also offer order pick up at our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA. Just select Pick-Up at checkout.
- Bodomint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office.
- International Orders: We are not responsible for any Duty/Customs charges incurred by your country's customs offices upon landing. It is the customer's responsibility to be educated on and estimate this extra cost for their particular country. The Duty Calculator is a helpful tool as well.
RETURN POLICY
- Thank you for supporting our small woman-owned business! We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help. You may return any items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and with tags still attached. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return or exchange is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you would like to initiate a return, please contact rebecca@bodomint.com prior to making your return.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
- International order are all FINAL SALE. No returns accepted.
EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
