Shipping & Returns
- We offer multiple shipping methods for you to select from at check out. Please note that the timeframe listed under your shipping method does not include fulfillment time which can vary from 1-5 days. We do not offer expedited fulfillment or shipping at this time.
- Additionally, Bodomint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office.
- Bags can be returned within 30 days of shipment date from bodomint.com. The bag(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact email@example.com prior to making your return. Buyer will bear shipping costs.
- If an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, such as, missing boxes, damaged, or used we reserve the right to not offer a full refund. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
- International order are all FINAL SALE. No returns accepted.
- Exchanges are not available at this time. If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
